Acting as a mentor for recent fashion school graduates with Lignes de Fuite, Alex Black conceived of ‘Objet Trouvé’ as a way to tell an A to Z story of how to research and prepare for a photo editorial to then create a cohesive body of work. These images, which are “meant to feel like an archive, a catalogue of the creative outlets Montreal has to offer,” are the result.
